Anyone else get this
I have had this on and off every day for about 15 months. I've also had the heart tests but it still scares me.
When do you get them?and what are your symptoms? And yes its scary like I'll get preesuer where my heart is sometimes for ages sometimes a few seconds and I start to sweat its horrible
I get them at random times all day. Pains in my chest, left arm, left shoulder, both sides of my jaw, my heart skips beats. Sometimes the pains last seconds sometimes a few minutes but it's every day.
Yeah it seems so strange doesn’t it... I mean if you had an anxiety attack it would make sense but it doesn’t. I get them too
Yeah it would make more sense to me I if I was feeling anxious. I don't feel anxious until I get the pains.
Bad posture, bad exercise technique. Pulled muscles like the SCM muscle around the neck can cause this. I get it too at times. Go look up stretches for the areas that hurt and try them out.
It’s weird but yes I also get random pains when I don’t feel or think I’m having a panic attacks or being stressed out. The worst thing I have done is look up a random pain assuming it’s a symptom of something and then reading that if it’s followed by two other symptoms like shoulder pain along with tingling/pain in jaw.. miraculously ill start having jaw pain a week later! I think DR. Google is the worst thing ever! Haha
But yeah I get weird random pains and I just have to tell myself it’s my mind manifesting the stress into some physical form.. I find that going outside and taking a walk or trying to calm myself by reading these forums helps out so much, bring my anxiety back down to a managble level. 🙂🙂
Same here. I get little flutter like symptoms in my chest and mini chest pains. It usually comes out of nowhere. It takes my breathe away, but it doesn’t last very long.
