Well first and for most, do you fidget a lot? What makes you think you might have it? It depends on the person. For example, I will get sweaty feat and I will feel nauseous. Sometimes i will get shakey and my hearrt will race and I will feel light headed. That's how I know I have anxiety.

I would feel exactly the same but except the nauseous part. But sometimes I tend to doubt and just think its normal to feel nervous. But it happens a lot even the littlest of things and things is do everyday. Thank you so much for this advice and answer!!! :)

Hi Ericachristina, I believe by you asking this first hand is a sign that you have anxiety. Anxiety comes in many different forms with many different symptoms. The main one I would say to ask yourself is do you find yourself worrying a lot? And the next, maybe read posts in this community and see if you can relate to some or most.. that will def be a telltell sign, then maybe look into meeting with a therapist if you have not already. And know that we are all here if you need us 💕

Anxiety is just excessive fear and worrying. Anxiety disorder is when the fear and worrying is so bad it is causing symptoms that effect your life. Most anxious people develop disturbing symptoms, such as racing heart, skipped heart beats, chest pains, sweaty palms, dizziness, nervous stomach, nausea, numbness & tingling, shaking, headaches... and often panic attacks. They then wonder what's wrong with them and why they feel so bad. The worrying over the new symptoms makes them worse. They usually end up going to a doctor who rules out other illness and diagnoses anxiety disorder. Or, they have a panic attack where they might think they are dying and go to the hospital to be told it's only anxiety. If this happens over & over, it's called panic disorder. The good thing is that these conditions are very treatable.

Listen I'm just going to tell you a little something that might help, we all feel anxious and nervous from a time to another, so it's totally normal if you find yourself feeling nervous without any specific reason, sometimes because of all of the things we keep inside, our bodies get tired and anxiety,Stress..etc is the result of having a lot to carry on our backs , even if you find your self thinking a lot about the possibilities of having anxiety it's okay , you could be suffering from it and could be not too! So don't stress out yourself stop overthinking about your mental health I'm sure you're okay and start doing something that makes you feel better about yourself for example something that makes you love your self more.. love your self be your own number 1 bestfriend it really helps trust me! Enough for now hope you have a life filled with happiness without any mental issues because you sure deserve the best💕
