Hello there, new here

Hi I'm new to this group, though Ive been about over in Endo UK community for the past year.

I had major surgery 4 weeks ago and then an emergency readmission and 6 night hospital stay for viral meningitis. It was all traumatic and seems to have triggered a massive anxiety episode. Mostly centred around my pain medication but also food and a bit generalised.

I do have a bit of a background of OCD and anxiety with intermittant depression but nothing in this scale for some years. So finding it all very tough going right now.
