Hello,

My name is Daniel, I am 22 years old, I live in Canada. I have joined this site because I am looking to support and help others, give advice, be there for someone when they need someone to talk to, and also learn more about anxiety.

I have been taking medication since I was 4 years old and I have had anxiety for several years now. Things have been getting better and I am coping well with my anxiety.

Hello and welcome Daniel! :)

It's good to meet you and glad you're anxiety is under control at the moment. It's always interesting to meet other young people on here. (I'm 19). This site is great: whether for having a moan about outside general stresses or things in the real world that are bothering you, for a more specific kind of anxiety/MH problem, for having a laugh...for some people just having a voice or opinion, somewhere to express themselves.

I'm glad you feel your anxiety is under control at the moment. That's good, really good to hear. :) And I think it's great that you've offered to advise should people need any.

I too, am in a really good place at the moment, studying Psychology in university :) and meeting challenges as they come, so I'm really pleased with myself for that. So I haven't really needed to post anything. But still come here now and then to offer people my advice when I'm able to.

Take care and kind regards,

wanderingwallflower :) xx

Hi Daniel, I'm so glad that you are coping well with your anxiety.

I have anxiety every day....my husband is changing jobs so I'm anxious about the insurance. I worry that someone will break into my house at night or that someone is looking in the windows at night.

I have anxiety....but...reading your post made me feel more positive. Thank you!
