Try getting yourself a multi vitamin / multi mineral pill. It's surprising just how much creating your baby has taken from your body.
Hi there is it your first baby? The big life change and adjustment can be overwhelming. Is there anything else from the past such as a stressful event that has happened. Often the past can be a trigger when we are again under some form of stress. If you can identify the cause it can help. I'd pop to the doctors or let your health visitor know if you feel it's appropriate as there is lots of support around. Just try and get as much rest as you can with a newborn and take it a day at a time. Counselling may be of use if you continue to have issues. Good luck x
