Head sensation I cannot explain

Hi there. This is my first post. I'm taking 40mg of paroxetine daily as well as 0.25 to 0.5mg of alzam. I only take the alzam when needed. I've been feeling a weird sensation in my head. Almost like an elevator drop or a wave. Only lasts for a second but can happen frequently. I am really worried and want to know what could be causing this? Could it be that my brain/body is craving more of the alzam?? Any help will be appreciated!! Thanks

Thought it was just me. I get that now and again. As long as it just lasts a second I think we're okay. I think when you're saying alzam you mean alprazolam. Otherwise I'm not sure.

Does it happen when you stand up? If so, it's your blood pressure and it's normal as long as it only lasts for a few seconds.

Nope. It can happen at any time. Lying down. Sitting. Standing. Walking. Very unpredictable

I have this. No idea what is it yet? But I've been having it just before I try and sleep. I've had it for nearly a year.
