I have dealt with anxiety and depression since I was 7 when a tragic event took place. I am now 33 years old . I have dealt with all the mood swings, no joy in life or u don't even want to eat , or most of the time I can't eat .. I am on antidepressant pristiq for 12 years .long time . It's hard . But keep your head up .. you are worthy
