Negative thoughts

I am having so many fearful thoughts just want to cry. They decreased my klonopin by 1/4 of a mg. I've been taking 3mg for 4 years. I'm so scared.

I am having a bad time. They are taking me off klonopin and I still have high anxiety. I'm not in detox but they told me that if my anxiety is that bad there needs to be a plan in place for afterward. I get very fearful because of bad thoughts.
