Klonopin

Hello everyone, has anyone had any luck with adding Klonopin ? It's a benzo and I currently take Lorazepam which is in the same class of medication. I've heard that the Klonopin works better and lasts longer.

Too anxious with alittle klonopin. 40mg lexapro and 5 mg klonopin divided twice a day. .25mg twice a day

Hello, Has anyone tried Klonopin, and if so was it effective for RLS?

My GP finally gave me klonopin but was very reluctant, and scared me with dementia saying the longer you are on it the more your chances are of getting dementia. The klonopin worked for me for 8 years (age 53-60 with no issues) then the opioid crisis hit and my GP would no longer prescribe it.

So I've decided to start nightly klonopin (prescription is for 0.5 mg, but I may try to get by with less), with the feeling that it's probably something I'll need to take for life (I never want to go through withdrawal again).

Also take Klonopin 0.5 x 2 really want to get off it and take wellbutrin XR 150. mg x1 . I think I am on too many medications. My Doctor started the Effexor XR 37.5 to try to slowly get off all these drugs. I hurt all over and nauseous.

I sought help and my PCP prescribed klonopin, eventually increasing the dosage to 2mg before bed. I weaned off it in 2018, but the damage was done. I have COPD and an undiagnosed nerve disease in my legs. My identical twin brother has neither ailment. because he never took klonopin.

I take klonopin but even that doesn’t help some days. Anyone else experience this and found a way to stop it?

I try melatonin, i try Klonopin, nothing

The quetiapam /rytary helps me fall asleep and get back to sleep if I wake up, and the Klonopin helps me with anxiety. I also see a counselor who specializes in PD and get regular and vigorous exercise.

I take .5mg of Klonopin twice a day. I'm really trying to ween off of the Klonopin but haven't had any success. Any suggestions?

I’ve been on Klonopin 2mg/daily for a year and I feel that it’s not working for me anymore. Sometimes I wonder how can I go on living like this. I’m a wife, mother, sister, daughter and I try my best not to bother anyone because I’m the “strong” one.

Was on klonopin for 10 years. It worked most of the time! The doctor took me off because they said I had been on it too long. It’s been 8 years without meds and I don’t know if my body is changing with age or what but the constant anxiety is affecting my job BIG time!

I did not want to go back on Paxil because of my age 67 it can cause dementia possibly not for sure, I take remeron,wellbutrinxl,Klonopin and just went off Lexapro because it was not working, so now I started effexorxr it's been just 5 days but it was a direct taper.

I also have klonopin for anxiety. I'm leaning toward gabapentin. He said valium was good,since his grandmother takes it for restless,legs. Any suggestions ? Thanks for helping guys.😊

I have klonopin for a rescue med when I have panic attacks but it leaves me in more of a tired state. I have panic attacks when my routine is changed at work so idk what I’m supposed to do? My doctor won’t change the type of medication for my panic attacks until the 20th.

I was on klonopin for the past two years after my dad died. I've now been taken off of it and I'm taking mirtazapine at bedtime. Withdrawal from klonopin has been terrible!! Today I can barely sit up my head feels so heavy and my brain is pounding. Can't sleep. Severe restless legs. Can't eat.

Cheers on wine, beer, Klonopin, barbiturates and weed. Cheers on every antidepressant known by humankind. I hope. I pray i don't wake up anymore. A kid wished me to die and be reborn as a cat. I was sitting in a bench And a kid asked me “are you sad because you're fat”.

I am 67 with Afib/flutter, Inappropriate SinnTschycardia,, I take 25 mg of Metoprolol and -25 mg of klonopin for anxiety. I take 81 mg of aspirin. I have the Atriclip that occluded my left atrial appendage, as I had a near fatal hemorrhage with Eliquis.

Been getting by on .25mg of Klonopin every other day or so for two weeks. Anyone have experience on when this dosage increase will kick in? The nausea I’m having too is pretty rough
