Anxiety had all kids of test and it's still happend please help

Hi all I keep getting bad chest pain was horrible and feel like I can't breath I went doctors last week as I had bloods and ecg the following we all where ok except my b12 so am on tablets why can't this go away can't cope with it

My daughter has b12 injections when she is low she feels very tired and cannot breathe well,don't worry too much it takes a bit time for b12 to work,getting anxious will make you feel worse,hope you are feeling better soon

It's vitamin d which was low not b12 got confused I've rethinks x

Hi!

B12 can cause all sorts of issues, it seems at least they found a cause! give it a couple of weeks and take each day as it comes is my best advice right now.

Hello it's not b12 it's my vitamin d that was low I got confused X

Hi vitamin D deficiency causes pain in your bones and fatigue,but if mild it causes very few symptoms so its possible its your anxiety making you feel like this,anxiety causes a tight chest and feeling of harder to breathe,best to have a chat with GP and tell them how you are feeling,good luck and hope you feeling better soon

Thankyou for replying back I went today and they checked me and said all my obs where okay but now I got pains down my left arm and shoulder I really hate this

Just wondered how you're getting on? Did your symptoms subside on their own? Did you get any further tests done?
