Anxiety
a problem that can be prevented in this is the fact that these scare you. See, once your brain warns you that you are stressed and you feel the anxious feeling begin to rise, your brain has sent you into fright or flight mode. By you acting on it in a negative way (getting scared by it) will only cause more stress and anxiety to your brain which makes it worse. So, to prevent this, yes you can always take the pills but in a physical, natural and mentally healthy way, you could first, sit down and take deep breaths. 2, accept the fact you have anxiety and it's normal to feel like this rather than getting scared by it. 3. pick a sound, an object or anything at all to focus on as you breathe in and out, you can even count in your head to distract yourself. I personally pick a sound coming from outside or something and i close my eyes, focus on that sound and take deep breaths. By now, you would have calmed yourself a little and prevented a panic attack. After that, you could get a glass of water and do things that genuinely make you happy. This will occupy your mind. You could go for a walk, phone a friend, read, watch youtube, watch a movie, cook something, watch tv, listen to music etc. There are a variety of things you can do to prevent these attacks, it's just a matter of finding the suitable one for you
I get physically sick with it too sometimes. The anxiety I mean. I take diazepam as needed to help me sleep.
