Itchiness and hives ?

Hi I just started noticing in the last week that when I'm stressing out and feeling overwhelmed that my arms and hands start itching like crazy and they get warm and I get what I think are possibly hives all over them. Has anyone else ever heard of this or even experienced this ?

Hi Magick- I've had this symptom before too

It's a strange one because it's hard to imagine anxiety can cause that but it definitely can!

i know- like life doesn't throw enough curve balls, we gotta dodge ones that don't really exist because of our anxieties! lol

I have had head tension/ pressure everyday for the last year that is believed to be caused by anxiety.

This rash/Hives on hands and wrists is something I get very often, sometimes its everynight for a week, then other times every other night and sometimes I get a week or two where I don't get it. Its really strange and I wouldn't if anxiety can be the cause, seen as though you suffer from the same thing there might be a link!

When it flares us does yours last long? mine usually goes in around 30mins although you can still see where the nettle like rash has been.

Mine usially last about 30 minutes too. I just keep saying," oh great, what next?!" LoL
