Anyone else get really bad anxiety after a night of drinking?

I can’t seem to shift it rapid heartbeat and thinking the worst

Me too anxiety goes through the roof when i’m hungover.My heart aleays feels like it skips a beat constantly too so annoying when you already feel like death from the alcohol

Yes! It took me awhile but I’ve decided I’m just not going to drink anymore. I realized that the hour or two of fun I thought I was having wasn’t worth all the heck I went through afterwards. I tried having only one drink, but it still really heightens my anxiety. So for now I just indulge in something caffeine free if I’m out. 😃 Besides, it’s not much fun to be hungover with 3 Little’s, so that’s my other motivation. Lol. I hope that you’re feeling better!!

i drank a lot over the holidays. So now i am struggling with the aftermath. anxiety dreams and increased depression. I have to not drink this month or else it wont get better.
