Hi Kia302107, Of course, crying is an emotional release (actually can be good). As much as it is a release, there are a lot of muscles in your face and stomach that take the brunt of the crying. Some people gets tension headaches after that, some a sick stomach. But most people feel exhausted and weak. Pamper yourself a little after that. Relax, sit on the couch, have a cup of tea and read a book or do something calm and soothing. You're okay.

Milk will be calming as well as doing some deep breathing, close your eyes and take a little escape in your mind to a peaceful, colorful place where there is no stress, only blue skies and butterflies...

Wishing you peace and calm....x
