My mind is a container filled to the rim with significant ideas and creativity, but my hands are severed from it by anxiety, depression and PTSD. The worst of it is that no one else can see the excruciating pain I experience daily. I am handicapped by the invisible! Please...some one, anyone, provide me with a morsel of heartening.

What I've had to learn, thank goodness for my adhd, is to use my ability to hyperfocus.
You sit yourself down and you force yourself to start. Even if its just a small thing or just the planning. As long as you get started, you'll start feeling it more and more.
