...anyone know how to do breathing exercises??? It upsets me that I try and do it but can't. I use videos or whatever, but how can I do breathing exercises feeling pissed or panicked???

Alternative Nostril breathing is great
Close both your nostrils with your thumb and fingers then release your thumb breathe in the right nostril -close nostrils and hold for as long as you can and then release the left nostril and breathe out
It is very calming
Abdominal breathing Lie down and breathe in through your nose right down to your stomach Breathe so your stomach rises and then let go with a lovely long breath out through your mouth
It takes a few minutes but it will bring your heart rate down and you will feel more relaxed Give it time even if you are really panicked it will take control of it 😃

Hello, I take in breaths through my nose Deep deep breath , then I let it out my mouth slowly. Try it it works! Good Luck !
breathing techniques do work well..however I have found a mental help to go along with it... the great General s patton told his soldiers this...I read it daily and for me it has imensly done wonders. I hope it will help you as well...Here it is:
