i sont know how much longer i can go on feeling and thinking like this i cant enjoy or do anything any more lately

Same here. I know, and I am sorry we are going through this. It has to get better. It will someday. Keep your faith...even if it hurts, keep the faith and hope.😟😩😧I am very sorry I don't have more uplifting words, I am in your shoes right now. But the good news is we are not alone and we have a ton more hope than we see. It will get better. 😊😚

I know exactly what you mean it's all I think of 24 /7 it's like everything an everyone blocked out it's so draining an tiring from morning till night! the only thing that gave me a bit of hope was listening to Dr Martin rossman on you tube, he was brilliant and makes a lot of sense , why don't you have a look see what you think x

Understand that anxiety is temporary as long as you make it. Live your life as normal as possible, and hope that it will get better. You've had great days and not so great days. Which proves one thing to me... That have a normal life again is extremely possible! Three things helped me with my anxiety.

1. Faith in God and trusting Him always. He loves you and wants to help you. All you need to do is open up and ask. Talk to Him. He will listen and help you.

2. Keep busy and don;t pay attention to it. Even if you feel like crap. If you feel like your going mentally ill or you have a health anxiety or if your fear is driving you down... Pay no attention to it because that is how you feed it. Declare that it wont take over you and that you wont be affraid of it any more. Say this when you wake up and say this when you go sleep and everything in between. You are stronger then you think.

3. Stay active. walk or run. swim. lift weights. Do something that gives you mindfulness. It really works. Actually I know it works. Because I will bet that you weren't thinking about your anxiety this whole time you were reading this post.

You are strong. You are healthy. and you are whole. Live life and and declare you are OK!
