Been having this tight sensation around forehead and top of the head for nearly 3 months +, had an MRI scan and no intracranial bleeding was detected or mass lesions.
Got scheduled for an ENT on next Monday, so wondering if this could be due to sinusitis?
I'm afraid of a brain tumor or some sort of cancer, you see.

Hi AlexLu, I have that tight sensation around my head right now. The muscles in my head seem to clamp down when I'm stressed. Usually sinusitis presents more with pain when the doctor presses areas on the front of the face and forehead. With muscular contraction, it gives you that tight feeling. It's always a good idea to have it checked out by an ENT to rule out a physical issue causing it. Good Luck Alex
AlexLu, I don't know what that bleeding is at the back of your throat but I doubt it would be coming from your brain. The MRI would have picked up any abnormalities. Plus bleeding from the brain doesn't present like that.
Keep your ENT appointment and see what he has to say about your sinuses.
Keep us updated and most of all try not to worry about something that doesn't seem feasible at this time. Take care AlexLu.
