woke up today feeling positive, things are more clear around me and I know things are real so the dr side has lessened but revealed the DP side of things to me like feel not really attached to my body etc but I'm not scared , just fed up now!! Does DP tend to remain after DR softens ?? Any one else got a recovery process story
