Hey y'all!! Hope everything is getting a tiny bit better! I've been taking Celexa for 2 weeks now and my mom said she's noticed a good difference with me! I went to Walmart the other day and usually I'm super on edge and dizzy not this time was like how it used to be before anxiety! Though I keep getting these aches and pains in my hands feet and back of my head a little after I take the Celexa but I think it is helping! Keep your head up everyone! <3

Great to hear. Keep up with the small steps of getting out and living. That's what it's all about. 😊😊

Hey Maddz ☺

YAY 🙌 Great news!!! With a little more time, your aches if they're stress-related should start to ease off, so yeah, baby steps and only ever one day at a time ☺

✌🌹☺

You're most welcome!

It's 1am in my corner of the world. Am tired but putting off sleep because after a hellish day, I want to enjoy being anxiety free until it all starts again in a few hours time 😦

Still, things can only get better right?

Keep well!

Lizbett,  you and me alike.  My wanting to savor that wonderful feeling of being anxiety free has lately lasted until 2-3am as I keep clunking out on the sofa.  That's not healthy either.  x

Oh Agora it's BLISSSSSSSFUL being anxiety free isn't it?!  I just soooo wish it would all just stop 😯

Like you, my mornings immediately upon awakenimg are pure hell and fill me with total terror. There's no-where to run ... or hide.

And so here I am ... at 1.45am enjoying enjoying a type of peace I had almost forgotten was possible.

Actually, I'm slumped in bed withe no real back or neck support - a dopey thing to do since I have neck and lower back disc prolapses 😔

I hope you have a wonderful day! ☺

Bye for now xXx
