Hi guys it's been a while. Sooooo remember that shortness of breath I was always having? Docs kept saying its acid reflux and anxiety attacks well it turns out I tested positive for H. Pylori infection. I kept going to my Dr. Until today finally they gave me the test. We know our bodies! If something feels off.. keep pushing!

What is the H. Pylori infection? What causes it?
Levymaria it’s stomach related that’s the same origin for stomach ulcers.
It's an overgrowth of bad bacteria in the small intestine. It can come from not eating clean food, water, and it can be passed through saliva from my understanding. It mimics acid reflux, can cause ulcers and leads to some stomach cancers. I'm not sure how I got it. I remember eating shrimp about 2 years ago and regurgitating because my body rejected it which was weird, I also read you can have it as a kid. Idk
You didn’t deal with anxiety prior to this situation occurring?
I had anxiety a little here n there. I used to get it at night, never during the day. Now I have it all day everyday which is not normal. I also have panic attacks. I read that this can intensify anxiety... It's way more to it than just stomach issues. I doubt you have it. If you blew in to a bag and it came back negative then you should be fine.
I got tested for this when had camera down but came back negative, my stomach has been constantly bubbling and groaning for 2 years causing shortness of breath and acid reflux, burning face, dead arms and inflammation but I'm not getting any help from doctors.
Did your symptoms start with tons of bubbling then burning?
