DP/Dr with common cold,Headache,weight loss and sometimes pain in the joints of my arm and legs.

Hey i am 18 years old.please help me i think i have dp/dr from last month. It is really killing me. Nobody knows about it except my friends. Along i have a common cold now. When i shake my head i feel a pain in the middle of it. Along with the pain sometimes in the joints of my hand and leg. I lost 1.48 kg weight too.What is the real cause of it ? Please help me with this. Am i the victim of cancer 😩. Pleass help me

Hi Marjey, Welcome to the Anxiety Forum...You seem to be concerned about several issues. One being dp/dr for the last month as well as fighting this common cold right now. I think shaking your head and feeling pain is coming from the congestion of your cold. As for the pain in the joints of your hand and leg as well as losing weight, needs to be evaluated by your doctor. It doesn't mean that it is anything horrific but we can't diagnose. Let us know how you are doing after seeing your doctor. Wish you well!

Marjey, We are not doctors and that is the only reason why you need to have it checked out. We support people with anxiety issues and depression.. Many people have Health Anxiety and get different physical symptoms including weight loss but we must.however, go by a diagnosis from your doctor, if he says this is an anxiety issue then by all means we can help support you. Thanks for your help sir. And one more thing is DP/Dr caused by anxiety. Cause i feel pressure in my brain when i go out of my house.

DP/DR is an offshoot of Anxiety which I don't know enough about but there are several people on the forum who will probably see this and respond. As for the pressure feeling in your brain that too is usually a symptom of anxiety. You may suffer from what I did years ago by being Agoraphobic, afraid to go out of the house. It's best to take one step at a time and address the medical concerns first.

Have you seen a doctor? Dp/dr can come from anxiety and other disorders. I have Dp/dr and don't know where it came from. I'm hoping that it came from an anxiety issue I didn't know about. It's been my hell for 6 months now. I tried to deal with it with no medication but now I am looking into getting medication. So my advice to you is to go see a psychiatrist and explain what is happening and go from there.

My dp/dr started after when i had a vomit i felt my head squeezing like a tight rubber band streched around my head. I will see the good doctors in my town may be this week. Do u have a headache ???

May be i got a headache due to common cold . I hadnt had it before. It doesnt pain now
