Hi, I just wondered whether anyone's depersonalisation and derealisation feels like they are developing Alzheimer's or something?

I have been stuck in this horrible place with it for months now and I just wondered if anyone could reassure me that it's not something more serious? :(

Thank you in advance

What have you done to help yourself? I'm asking because I been suffering from this for 3 months and I have tried a few things to help myself and get my life back.

I haven't really done a lot, coming off my medication slowly, what did you do to help yourself?

Yoga, meditation, exercise, breathing techniques, aroma therapy, essential oils, vitamins, magnesium..... what medication they gave you? Did you get Dp/dr from anxiety? When this first started for me the doctor gave me Zoloft and didn't help and I get off it 6 weeks later. I spend a lot of time doing recovery story research too. I just want to snap back to reality asap. Also I been eating healthy stuff. Like chia seeds, bee pollen, veggies, fruits and stuff with antioxidants

I just realized I talked to you before about this. I have been talking to so many people these last 3 months that I can't keep count 🤷🏽‍♀️

Yes I do. It was helping but I don't know if I need to take more. I take 1 tablet a day and it been taking it for a month and I still haven't snapped out of it. But I know people have recovered with supplements
