Scared help
I have had that but I could never tell you not to ask a doctor. When I got really bad ones, like you know when it's super bad, I went to the doctor and it turned out my blood pressure was a little high. but she said she didn't think it was related, it was just a lucky thing to make me to come in so I could get on bp pills. not the greatest answer, but that's what happened with me. it could be a lot of things that are nothing but it never hurts to call the dr, if only to ease your mind. But for me, I had a classic high bp risk factors.
PS, even in my case it wasn't an emergency. just needed to get it checked out. if you're young and healthy it could just be stress like tensing your shoulders.
I never had high blood pressure ever time I got to the doctors my blood pressure is perfect idk what it could be maybe aniexty maybe I have a brain tumor
sounds like you are tensing your shoulders and making pains through your neck and head. I do that but I'm used to it (as much as you can be) now. Great that you are seen every two weeks! That should be a great comfort. Ask the doc next time. on the off wild chance that it is a brain tumor those don't grow fast, you can wait till your next 2 week appt. in my uneducated opinion it sounds like classic anxiety tensing.
Hello
I had similar symptoms recently I had been having them for some time so I explained to my gp. I suffer with aniexty and depression and have problems with my sinius I put it down to this for so long the head pain sounds like tention from aniexty I guess and the neck pain could be from how you sleep i.e. Do you have the right pillow or do you suffer with sleeping. I am an awful sleeper which adds to the problem. Basically bad sleep aniexty will give you bad headaches. If it keeps continuing I would suggest bringing it up with your gp to be on the same side but aniexty and also depression can affect the body in so many ways. Sometimes just getting it checked eases your anxiety though. In the meantime take some painkillers although I find lying down and rest helps better whilst you body can relax. I wish you well and hope things improve.
You can always ask a Doctor to take a look, just to put yourself at ease. I get those shooting pains, they're "ice pick" headaches. They usually last no longer than like 30 seconds and almost throb. They don't indicate anything. If you're noticing a pattern then I would ask a doctor for some help. Usually there's no pattern with these weird sharp pain headaches.
I get them.... sharp, stabby, and spasmy for a few seconds followed by nausea, dizziness, and fogginess. No answers after lots of tests 😒
