After an attack
Hi Angiecis22, you just described the effects of having had an anxiety attack. That rush of fear you experience would exhaust anyone. You are not alone in feeling this way. x
What about heart palps? As they have been going on for around 4 hours now. And it's not necessary a racing heart more like just it's beating hard and I also just feel anxious. Is that just my anxiety or could it be my heart? I kind of feel like I'm about to sit an exam that type of anxiety
It's the residual effect of the adrenaline still in you. This is when you need to use some deep breathing and relaxation techniques. Your mind is exhausted but your body is still wired...If you are able to go to YouTube and type in Audio Relaxation/Deep Breathing and listen to one of the many choices for 10-15 min. I'm sure that will bring your level of anxiety down. Find a soothing voice that is mellow and effective for you. That should help with that feeling of a hard beat. Wishing you better moments. x
Agora1 is right, those relaxation audios work really well.. I just recently listened to an anxiety relief hypnosis audio, before I fell asleep... Not sure if it's just in my head, like the anxiety, but it felt like it helped...
Hello
Everything you have described is exactly what happens to me. I feel on edge most of the time almost like something bad is round the corner. However every so often I get panick attacks I think it's when I'm especially tired ?? Not sure why. But yes your left exhausted and I ache all over and I also lose breathe sometimes as if I'm gasping. I sit down to cool off and take some breathes. My couseller would say this is a way of breaking the cycle. I hope you are feeling better today I understand how difficult each day can be.
I have been lately feeling sick after my heart skips beats and jumps around . I’m thinking it’s because that scares the hell out of me and then I start to panic .
Hi,
I do not have bad panic attacks however my high anxiety sometimes can last hours and then once it subsides I feel exhausted!!! It is like a mobster who sucked all my energy and good will. I feel sad, deflated and lost.
You just need to pick yourself up and carry on knowing that everything is temporal- there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
Stay positive and do not let anxiety beat you.
