My Mind is not right.

Guys I been thinking about death lately like I try keeping my mind off it & it keep coming back I'm just scared to died like I fears it I'm not happy right now I don't want live the rest of my life just thing about dying it's scary . . I woke up in good mood today than out of no where I felt like I was going faint & my body felt really shaking . . When I was in car I felt like I was GOIN crazy I couldn't breath for a min 😓

Your Not alone. Ive been Good for the past 2 mo mnths and now iam such a hot mess. I feel like iam going to die from sudden heart failure or Just sudden Death. Its so scary i understand exactly how you feel it breaks my heart how we have to suffer this terrible mental illness. :( Hope you find peace soon.

That's just thoughts!! And they are not real.. Do not be scared by thoughts.. thoughts are not what defines us. You can step out of it and observe those scary thoughts, without judgment.

It is not out of nowhere.. it was triggered by something.. you added emotion(fear) to some thought.. and final state is anxiety. Head up.

I feel like that everyday since I been going through my anxiety all I can think about is death and not I look at a lot of things different in life it's crazy how something like anxiety can change your whole life😢😢

I understand about anxiety, mine makes me have bathroom issues and makes me feels sick. The last few months I started going to a phycologist a couple times a week and it's been helping, he told me you have to start thinking differently. He told me to get the workbook called the anxiety & phobia workbook and start with the first three chapters, I read from the book everyday and do breathing exercises, also some type of physical activity a eating healthy is doing something for yourself. I also listen to stress relief music during the day when I can and in my phone when I go to bed. Also my doctor has been working with my meds. I am in the lower dosing of effexor 37.5 mg finally starting to feel more like a human. He had me on higher dosage, it was awful. Anxiety interference work also. Best of luck try some of my suggestions, like my phycologist said it does take some time to change the way to you think, it's alit about self image, just have patience. Good luck we can conquer this with support.

You're not alone. One minute I feel like im getting much better and I actually look forward to something that's coming up. Then all of a sudden I'll go right back to feeling like im not going to make it to a certain event etc because I wont be here anymore. Out of nowhere I'll feel like I'm going to faint/go blind/have some sort of fit and then the physical symptoms come-not breathing properly/body starts burning up. All I can say to you is don't give up and cherish the moments that you do feel a little bit better!! Xx

I sleep so good at night than I wake up feeling shaking heart pounding 😔

Anxiety does that to people, but its only anxiety push through it you will make it
