Last night i had pain in the chest when breathing swallowing followed by throat pain as well and both sides of my neck, i slept about 2 hours and when i woke up i hurt so bad when i moved my neck and when i would breath, so i went into the doctor and turns out i have bronchitis, but i'm scared it's something far worse, she just hearf my lungs and she just said "oh you have bronchitis" and prescribed me antibiotics, it was literally 2 minutes, i took the antibiotics but the pain is still there, not as much as in the morning when i woke up but it's still there :(. What should i do?

Antibiotics take about 2-3 days to really take effect, give it time I'm sure the pain will subside once it does. I am Totally the same way...it's like "2minutes!" That can't be right? I always think they are wrong and I always think its my heart or something.
