I am 18 years old and is head pressure a symptom of anxiety or stress. Because ever since my anxiety has gone bad now I feel like the head pressure thing is happening a lot but there are days when I don't feel anything. I have always been a worrier throughout my life. I am scared it might be a brain tumor.
Please someone respond to my problem

hi, I've had this and at the moment I have it again because my anxiety is worse again. Its almost like the feeling I've had when I've had a head cold and sinusitis and my head feels full of cotton wool and like there's pressure pushing out. Xx
I hate anxiety and stress but after I went to see a therapist but I didn't really see one because I saw a social worker and after I told her about my problems my head pressure was gone for awhile and I felt normal again and now my anxiety is bad again and I have been over worrying a lot plus stress that feeling of head pressure is back again.
take a step back and look at the bigger picture. The cause of anxiety/panic/OCD is often stress. If you can determine what the stress factor in your life is at the moment when you start to feel anxious or other anxiety symptoms then you can start working on eliminating or modifying then stressor. Work from the ground up not the other way around.
I have also been a worrier all my life and I have also experienced a lot of headaches recently. If you feel pressure in your head,it is most likely caused by anxiety and stress. It's highly unlikely that you have a brain tumor since brain doesn't have pain receptors. If you relax and control/reduce your anxiety, headache will probably go away.
Thank you so much for replying to me. It's nice to see that I am not the only one who worries a lot too and feel pain from the anxiety and stress. I went to go to see a doctor about my head pressure and we did some werid exercise to make sure that everything in my brain is Good and to make sure that there was no tumor. Then he check my eyes and he said everything looks good. And it is most likely that head pressure is from my anxiety.
