So I've been having lightheadedness recently and I think my anxiety from years ago has worsened has anyone tried Kalms? and do they work at all?

I use Kalms now and then to take the edge off anxiety and find them very good

I use kalms and rescue remedy drops, few drops on the tongue whenever u need them, I find they help me with my anxiety to get through work days
