My other option in valerian root kalms day which might calm me down a bit and I also get a headache. Is valerian root a safer option?

does anyone know if kalms herbal tablets affect Levothyroxine/thyroid? I am thinking of trying them to help with my severe anxiety but thyroid already all over the place 😞 Petrified of trying another anti depressant due to them making me feel so much worse when I’ve tried them this year.

Kalms daily. Rescue remedy. Bought CBD oil but never took it. I couldn’t sleep and ended up with insomnia and ended up getting sleeping tablets (the antihistamine version) to help me sleep.

5:years on Dental extraction? major stress ,tried Kam's ? a/f started Sunday been persistent since , been good for 5 1/2 years 6 month before my second ablation.Very depressing. Just before the return to A/F I had a dentist remove a tooth Wondered if it hat and effect The tooth was eating itself .

Thought I would take some Kalms but just read a side effect is D., so last thing I need! Anyone any other suggestions to calm nerves on the day? I will be taking immodium as this usually works. Hence ceremony not until 4pm. I'm most effected in the mornings . Any suggestions much appreciated.

Does anybody who is prescribed Mirtazapine also use Kalms Daytime successfully? There seems no really clear guidance whether it is safe to do so although it is advised against. In the past (before I was prescribed Mirtazapine) I used Kalms quite happily and successfully.

my IBS has been worse recently, and i wonderd as i have been suffering from bad anxiety , whether taking Kalms was contributing or not.

I already take anti depressants I don’t know weather to up them or try kalms or even CBD oils. I just need my anxiety is sky high and I can’t get on with my life it’s so annoying. If I had a date I’d feel better.

I tried taking Nytol and nothing, Kalms night and nothing and was prescribed Zopiclone which on a dose of 7.5mg, still did nothing. The Dr won't prescribe me a higher dose as he said they are not meant for long term use. I am getting desperate now.

Also using CBD oil, gummies, Kalms etc...😊

hello , I take Adizam, cansetarden, ravostatin, and clopidogrel for heart and bp Also asthma medication I’m prone to anxiety and wondered if anyone out there uses any thing like kalms etc that are off the shelf , I was looking for something just to take the edge off but as we all know so called natural

I have bought some kalms, if I start taking these will they help take the edge off in the next few days? Any advice would be grateful!

Over the last couple of days I have purchased some Kalms that did seem to help but today at the local wildlife rescue centre my neck really got bad and a bad headache came on. I tried some Nelsons Rescue Remedy that did help but as it wore off the headache came back and I was feeling like a zombi.

I am on bisoprolol and wondered if it was ok to take Kalms whilst on these beta blockers? I don’t know if I can cope with the anxiety and horrible panicky feelings anymore and need something to help me. I feel so down and I need something to help me. Thanks x

Has any one tried theses for anxiety and not sleeping well . I suffer from constipation and scar tissue adhesions which causes me constant pain most days .I wonder if theses would help . Not making my constipation worse . Just trying to find out if anyone found theses helpful .😊

Can you take sertraline with kalms

I had also started taking Kalms before bedtime. Recently my pharmacist suggested to try Nytol instead of Kalms for a few days. And after taking it for about 6/7 days I have noticed a marked improvement. Has anybody else experienced an improvement with taIking Nytol or any other antihistamine?

Will taking remedies such as Kalms be a problem with steroids?
