Can you take Kalms when you have asthma

Does anyone know if I can take kalms or similar to help me sleep . I have ectopic heartbeats which have been going all week and I can’t sleep and feel so lightheaded. I am waiting to have holter monitor after spending 5 days in hospital. I am taking thyroxine and magnesium.

Hello everyone, Do you happen to know if KALMS can be taken if I have PAfib and take Bisoprolol? I have only ever had two attacks (after too much caffeine and going through peri-menopause) and don't want to risk anything. I'm also taking Evening Primrose Oil, which I am assuming is fine? Julia

I’m takin kalms tabs daily also as I feel anxious/down during this last few weeks which I’ve never felt before until now? Is this IBS? My gp wont take appointments as I’m not urgent case etc

Can you take Kalms the tablets with thyroid medication and beta blockers? Curious before I buy some?

I am taking Noriday contraceptive pill and would like to start taking Kalms night and Kalms Lavender for the day time. I can’t find anywhere that the pill will be affect - can these affect the pill at all? Many thanks in advance

kalms&a quick cold shower....helps but not all the time.

Someone please get back to me soon feeling cold on brow and sweat also back and shoulder ,hands warm,taken kalms today and 2 small vodkas ,still feeling stressed and worried ;don't like uncertainty------anyone else relate----need to try and relax on bed /bedtimeafter eleven uk time.!

Seen as I have a few more weeks before I can get proper medication I have decided to try kalms night time herbal remedy and a calming nighttime piano sleep in playist, plus my normal painkillers of codine and naproxen fingers crossed this work, night guys x

improve my small flat,this is a major step forward as its not been decorated etd for at least 30yrs-i would feel better about myself if I had a decent Gp who is very dismissive of anxiety ect. and has been weaning me off a 35yrs diazepam --I now have to ask over the phone of which I dread ,been on Kalms

and stress wears me out in my early 70s and cant afford to let my health slide ,need to find a passion I love classical music and 60s ,anyone relate------sorry to feel so down its various symptoms that ive never really had before unless the diazepam that id been on for around 3oyears and now I use kalms

Hey everyone just wondering if anyone has ever tried kalms lavender and if so has it helped with your anxiety symptoms or what were your thoughts on it.. im trying to find natural ways of helping myself rather than medication from the doctors.. if not what are you using to help?

In looking for help with this I came across Lavender Kalms. I thought I would give these a try and so asked my gastroenterologist if I could take them at a recent appointment. He said yes - problem is the on line product information says no if you have or have ever had liver problems.

I am having trouble sleeping and have been for a long time. I got a watch on Thursday which records sleep along with heart beat, blood pressure etc. In six days I have had four nights with around 3 hours sleep and two nights around 6 hours.
