Finally!

Well think I'm finally cured after the most horrible 3 years I've had with the awful health anxiety,still get a few symptoms but more or less go straight away! Finally got my life back for me and my little girl xx

I just ignored my symptoms which was very hard at 1st,just thought to myself I've had this before and nothing has ever happened to me,the other thing that works is just relax either stood or sat and just say to urself please feel normal and it does work ! Everyone on here are normal and it's just your mins playing silly buggers  xxx
