Constant anxiety

For the past 2 or 3 days I don't seem to get a break at all in the anxiety

 Even when I'm on the treadmill I am so focused on the way I feel. I feel depersonalized and all these weird feelings. I stopped coffee today and I'm eating only healthy for a while. I was eating taco bell aND sugar a lot. Honestly I think that was making it worse. My pulse has been elevated at rest lately too. It's been 80-84 instead of 68 - 72.. I'm so stressed. I read that a side effect of depo provera is a blood clot on the lung. This is a REALLY RARE side effect. Of course with anxiety it makes me think I have that... I have been feeling like I'm dying for the past few days.. when I try doing the deep breathing I cant focus on it. Also I've been breaking into cold sweats... any feedback is appreciated.

  • Stopping coffee will hopefully help a ton. It was huge for me, I do so badly with caffeine!

  • Hello, did you ever have panic attacks? I've had a few and you do get the cold sweats heart races you get very weak after happens. I felt like I was going to pass out. Your chest hurts. Maybe you should see your Dr. About your concerns with the Depo that your on. B.because you are stressing because of the side effects of it being a blood clot. I would ask him to ease your mind and run some tests. When you can eliminate that worry you might be able to alleviate the anxiety stress. Hopefully everything works out for you.Better to ease your mind and be safe not sorry. I hope this gives you some piece of mind. Stay in touch with me I want to know how you are doing.   • Hi, well your on the right track in watching what you eat.  Food plays a big part if your an anxiety sufferer.  Coffee is not good as well , I stopped drinking coffee 1 year ago, I feel a lot better now.  Focusing can be hard when you having anxiety do your breathing at night before bed and relax.  I find my remedies at night work best for the next day.  Good luck! 

  • I know the feeling.  I have been feeling awful for the past few days.  Feeling of losing my mind and control.  However, I know that I will not, so I continue to function as if nothing is wrong.  When I woke up this morning I felt normal for a while.  My dreams seem more real than when I am awake.  This can be scary.  Anyway, I pray and continue to live and do the normal things I've been doing, but I pray that these feelings will go away. You are not alone and you are not going crazy. Hang in there!
