I been good for a week or so and now I got bad again feel sick don't wanna eat or anything. I am on my period so maybe that's why just feel down and hearts racing. Hate feeling like this

Sorry you are feeling like this. I used to feel down and bad on my period at the best of times. Hot water bottle helped me with the cramps and sick feeling. If you don't feel like eating please remember and keep your fluids up.
Remember it will pass and try to find something else to focus your mind on. Something easy that you can put down if you get cramps.

I was so good for like a week now I feel sick again light headed. I was so happy it had gone and I felt normal, now feel as bad as I did the other week
It's not good when this happens, but remind yourself of how you felt when you felt good. Remind yourself you can and will feel that way again.
Some of the course I did last year to back up the medication I was taking taught me to use journals and thought diaries, so that I could relate how I was feel to what had been happening in my life. I don't know if you do this but might be a useful technique for you. I also used to keep a food journal as well so that I could see what I had been eating and drinking to work out if my diet could be causing some of my problems. I have now cut out bread and upped my vegetable intake from doing the food diary.
I'm stubborn and even when I was at my lowest last year I somehow found the energy to seek out alternative help to help me get and feel better.
I found a nice chicken broth is also good when you don't feel like eating, but need something comforting as well. I now make my own soups and keep some in the freezer for days I need something comforting. Cause I make them myself I know what vegetables are in the soup and it makes me feel good to have something that I have made.
I hope you feel better soon. Remember to focus on how good you felt last week and remind yourself you will feel that way again.
