Very upset today.I cannot read , concentrate on anything.

I don't know what will happen if i continue to feel like this.

Fatigue, sleepiness, memory issues ,brain fog

It’s not persistent, it won’t last forever I suffer from anxiety depression ocd and social anxiety and ADD

I was thinking this morning how long can this possibly last ... and what does a person do to deserve this? Have tournaments tried anything .. sorry to hear other people feel like this too
