Last night I woke to feeling like my heart was literally beating out of my chest. Of course I started to panic and then I got nauseous and threw up then went to the bathroom for other reasons. I normally take 25 mg of Zoloft every night and I missed my dose the night before so I took 25 yesterday morning and then took another 25 before bed last night of course I started googling and it said heart attack do you think it’s possible this was just another panic attack which I have had a history of having or because of the extra stress dose of Zoloft in a 24-hour period? And would you go into the doctor to see

Well given the fact that you're still with us and was able to take the time out to type this post is a good thing 😃. More than likely is was just a panic attack.
I myself at times experience waking moments in the middle of the night with my heart pounding. Physical symptoms for panic and anxiety are. Similar except that with a heart attack you feel a crushing sensation on your chest. Like someone is sitting on you and putting all their weight.
I'm not a medical doctor but I've been to the cardiologist many many times. If you need a clear mind it doesn't hurt to check and be cleared by a doctor.
Used to happen all the time to me, it’s your subconscious mind going crazy and you feel the consequences, I used to always just go sit on the sofa and chill with a bit of tv and relax,

Oh man.... it’s crazy how the subconscious can completely throw everything off... I wonder what it’s like to be “ normal “ and not struggle daily with some form of anxiety or living in fear of being debilitated by a panic attack out of no where! Thanks for the responses and empathy ❤️
