I hate this feeling

So about a year and a half ago I started having anxiety attacks so Dr gave 50mf of Zoloft and it was working for me just minor side effects like light headed but I was able to deal with it . and today at work I started feeling super weird I felt like my head was hot I felt tingling on my face and my chest feels heavy and I feel like I'm in a cloud has anyone felt this if so please give me some feed back because I'm super scared rite now 😢

Hi yes I have , when I got it I was pregnant of my son ... I had it really bad I couldn't drive I had really bad vertigo as well. I felt like I was going to die and my body felt like it wasn't mine. Very scary but my Dr gave me zoloft which helped me .Anxiety can make you feel horrible as if you don't belong. Don't be scared it's anxiety what your feeling and tell yourself that , remind yourself as well. Tell your Dr how your feeling or find someone who can understand what your going thur.
