hi yes not saying it is but anxiety does make us feel dizzy and shakey but you should consult the Doc if it`s causing you to worry or do your normal daily routine.

Anxiety can show up in many many forms. Dizziness is certainly one of them. The more you think and worry the more it consumes you. Try and sit with it. Let it run its course and know it will pass. You’re definitely not alone.

Hi Saz, Regular tea has at times more caffeine than some coffees. The fact that this

happened to you right after having a cup, I would make sure you are well hydrated.

Caffeine dehydrates us which can make as feel jittery as well as dizzyheaded.

Of course, always inform your doctor if this continues. Be well :) xx

In the UK we refer to 'tea" as a our late afternoon/evening meal. I think this is what the poster means, Agora.💜

I would second what Agora said. Rest this evening, but if you continue to have this feeling talk to your doctor.

hello,

I have had anxiety symptoms to show up in many forms, chills and shaking and dizziness have been some of it.

It is hard to pinpoint exactly which symptoms are caused by anxiety and which ones are a concern, but always remember that when you have anxiety you have elevated levels of stress hormones in your body, that causes physical dysregulation and many symptoms. Try to work on reducing your stress levels, thinking positive, and not ruminate.

If your symptoms persist then I would follow up with a doctor, but always try to challenge anxiety first and see if the symptoms will go away after you've calmed yourself down.

Hope this helps.
