It sounds like something has happened and triggered an anxiety attack. Take a few deep breaths and relax, turn on some relaxing music and try and calm yourself down. I teach people to use their emotions to access their subconscious so they can get the results they want. To help them deal with their anxiety emotions and how to control them. When you're ready for change, I can help! vanwyckconsulting.com/chang... All my best!

This happened to me recently. Been on low dose beta blocker & really getting on well. Then a stressful two weeks took it's toll. Coped ok at the time but bang! Suddenly hit brick wall. Felt even worse than before. But, good news, managed to get over it fairly quickly, the recovery was faster and because I could relate to previous experiences, controlled it better.

These things will happen from time to time. I usually find it's triggered by negative thinking along with a tendency to dramatise & over exaggerate my situation. Felt quite proud I recognised the symptoms.

Still scary though!

Well said and shared. "get over it fairly quickly, recovery faster, relate to previous experiences" - wow, really wonderful insight. Everything you said was great. These are the things we need to hang onto. Thank you so much for sharing.

Be kind to yourself. If you suffer from anxiety it is always there in the background waiting for a chance to pop up. You won't always be able to control it, but when it does occur accept that you maybe had some triggers and you are vulnerable to feeling anxious and do some kind stuff to distract yourself and take it easy for a bit until you feel better.

I suffer from anxiety and go through phases, but try not to be too disappointed if you get worse for a bit as you got better before you you'll feel better again.

I enjoy it when I feel well and hang on by my fingernails when the bad times occasionally pop up.

Hang in there. Calm breathing, guided relaxation (google it if req'd), meditation, acceptance, therapy (CBT) are all things I've found useful and continue to use.
