Hi all I was managing my anxiety and earlier I been fine all day it felt like I had a panic attack šŸ˜”head went all funny felt like I couldnā€™t breath and felt really wired this really scares me so much any one else have this x

Hi I hope your feeling ok now?

Iā€™m suffering really bad tonight, tingly hand pain in arm earlier, chest hurts feeling breathless etc, I hate it so much

I had the same thing happen to me several times last week. You are definitely not alone! It felt so awful. :(

Itā€™s really strange isnā€™t it, at the time I feel like im not normal, I no there is so many people living like this but I always think Iā€™m the only one šŸ˜”

Yes I agree I always say why canā€™t I just be normal with no panic or health anxiety itā€™s scathing me now I just worry that something is happening to me x

Me too itā€™s like a never ending cycle I feel abit better just chest hurting abit and feel like my heads everywhere x

Your welcome, I feel abit better than I did, probably going to be drained today, had very little sleep and got children to sort out, glad youā€™re feeling abit better ā˜ŗļø X

Am struggling at the min but I normally put meditation music on are do breathing exercises what about you x

I normally text or phone my best friend or my mum, but if itā€™s really late and I canā€™t do that then I usually sit on my phone try and play a game or something to take my mind off it, have a bath, breathing

Doesnā€™t always work for me though

Yes itā€™s so hard sometime and even worse when am okay 1 min then my heart races for no reason and I starte feeling so anxious šŸ˜”šŸ˜”Xx
