Numbness and stuttering ??? Is it My anxiety?

Okay so ive noticed ive been stuttering alot like uhh i feel like i have something neurologically wrong wwith my brain and i also get tingleyness in my legs feet and sometimes hands whyy? i hope its from anxiety i looked into it and i thought i had multiple sclerosis cause i had all the symptoms nubmness,stuttering,ect.??please someone tell me im not the only one feeling like this ??? HELP

hi there,i also suffer from those symptoms.after going all the test needed and the doctor said im fine.hope this helps,stay strong.
