Yes. Rest assured, they're all symptoms o anxiety. I used to go through the same ones as well when my anxiety wasn't under control! One day you'll be back to normal, and those symptoms will go away. Don't worry about them. Your mind and body are tired from all of the stress. Remind yourself that the testing came back normal. Nothing is wrong with you. Xx

What did you do?

Well I did therapy, which I still do go to in order to keep myself on track. We did CBT. I CONSTANTLY distracted myself, I went on runs around my neighborhood a lot, especially when I was super anxious. I made a healthier diet for myself, drank chamomile tea, took natural anxiety supplements like melatonin and bach's flower remedy. I also always reminded myself that it was TEMPORARY... and it really is. I eventually started feeling suicidal so I went on medication which really helps me. I was on celexa for months and felt just okay... I'm now on Zoloft and am starting to feel more energized than I was on the celexa. Eventually your mind will be retrained to think normally. Distract yourself from all the negative thinking. All thoughts that cause anxiety are Intrusive and false. Xoxo

Absolutely all due to anxiety. Focus on positive things, do relaxation if possible, emerse yourself in a good book, anything to stop your mind thinking you are ill. Before you know it you will feel well again. We all have had to deal with these symptoms at some stage of our lives, now we can assure you that we have overcome them and I for one have been well for years. I also suggest physical activity a little at a time, as we are in the summer maybe you can build up a routine. Whatever is possible I am sure you will be better very soon😊😊

Thank you very much. Means a lot. I'm actually a runner. I run an average of 9 miles a day. Anxiety scares me that one day during a run something will happen with my heart
