I take magnesium and vitamin B6 supplements, I think they have helped. Also green tea because it contains L-Theanine
I take magnesium & a high strength B complex. I don't drink green tea as I avoid caffeine (as people with anxiety should!). Unfortunately, when they decaffeinate tea/coffee, it also removes all the benefits :(.

In japan, I think, they have studies that vitamins b6 b12 are better for depression and anxiety then antidepressants so it could very well be working for you
