Journey over
Hi and well done on making your journey! Maybe the stress of today hasn't helped with your head. I get pressure at the top of my spine and base of skull sometimes it feels that intense I think my head might explode at anytime.......but rest assured it hasn't yet maybe now you are at your daughters you could unwind a little? I always try a bath helps to ease the day away well done again and I hope you have a wonderful time.
Warmest wishes

Thank you Eva ,a lot of these symptoms are new to me.Ive only suffered fron anxiety since last September.I had a full blown panic attack (thought I was dying,)as I've had a heart attack years ago was really scared. This left me with anxiety so as I said a lot of the symptoms are new and frightening.Nice to talk to people who know what your going thru.Anne xxx
hi lowtongirl, well done on completing your journey to your daughters, wonder if the pressure in your head is from catarrh or a head cold coming on. have a great time at your daughters. love jasper. xx
I have got catarrh just now, never gave that a thought,my ears keep painting as well so you could be right.Sure I'll have a good time.Love Anne xxx
Hi Anne, I'm sorry you've been through such a rough time
your very welcome and I completely understand and agree, I hope you don't think I was trying to make light of your symptoms (just trying to make you smile) because they are very real and they are very scary! sometimes I think this can't just be anxiety but if I come on here I can read about other people who have the same symptoms, it sort of normalises it.
Take care

Didn't think that at all, people's comments really help wheneverything is so new.I know what you mean about thinking it can't be anxiety, been in A&E twice, once was because the dr.changed my meds and they lowered my bloodpressue so much I passed out,and the second time I thought I was having another heart attack,of course I was fine. Thanks for your help and advice xxx
Hi again phew that's a relief
Glad everything was ok!
Take care

Lowtongirl I know how frightening all the symptoms can be. 2.5 years ago I had my first panic attack and that also left me with anxiety and bad bad thoughts, I thought that I was literally going crazy. I took prozac and it worked wonders. Now 2.5 years later im in the same situation and im taking meds again. I know how hard it can be to be positive when your feeling not normal. I hope the best for you prayers and blesssings.
Thanks for your feedback,much appreciated.iwujesus x
Glad to hear you've arrived safely
If massage helps the pressure feeling is almost certainly tension but it could easily be a sinus congestion, especially at this time of yr. Maybe a steam inhalation would help?
Hopefully a few days relaxing with yr family will make a real difference
Thanks for your advice and support, fadedlizard, really helpful to know so many people are here for you x
