I am feeling overwhelmed by my emotions and past feelings that it is getting on top of me. I must write this down and tell my therapist so she can help me make sense of it all ahhhhhhh :(

I always find it really good to write things down
I have written letters to people explaining how they made me feel etc , never to give them to them , in fact after I have burned them , but it has helped me get all those pent up emotions out & then its helped me to let go of the past & forgive & move forward

Yes totally agree, it helps to write everything down as my therapist can actually see on paper what is in my mind. Then she might be able to help me cope with it.
