Hi friends, just popping in to keep you updated.

Well, things have improved a lot lately, the last 3 days i have hightened tension but i'm continuing to take Ashwagandha, I have noticed how much it has eased my anxiety but the one I have from Swansons i find isnt that effective, i'm going to get the pure one from India as I used it a few years ago and it worked well.

I'm also taking Omega 3 and Vitamin C & D which also helps boost mood, I need to ask...how many people here suffer with sleep problems, how many people wake up tired or with a stuffy head and headaches?

After a lot of research I have arrived at a theory that alot (Maybe all) our anxiety problems started from lack of oxygen to the brain, without going into to much detail I think when the brain dosent get enough oxygen the limbic system sets off a warning signal sending the amygdala into overdrive and causing the panic and anxiety.

Millions of people suffer sleep problems all over the world and a bit of research has revealed that nearly all those that suffer sleep problems also suffer anxiety problems. Those that snore tend to get less oxygen to the brain and nearly all those that do have anxiety to some degree.

I have looked into many ways to improve sleep, a really good way to improve airflow and improve sleep is to wash your nostrils out with warm salty water before bed, keep the bedroom window open and maybe put some Vicks on your pillow.

Try and improve air quality in the bedroom when you go to bed, there are many places on the net that sell sleep aids, find what works best for you, i'm pretty much sure that sleep problems are the major cause of anxiety.

I hope that helps friends, please keep me updated on how you get on or if this post rings any bells and you can relate to what i am saying.
