How you all doing today?
I woke up shaking, then went over to the docs and then realized my appointment is tomorrow! lol
I'm at home at the mo but getting out soon on either my motorbike or bicycle, the sun is shinning and it's a lovely day.
I have been using a method to ease the tension, when we are detached and anxious we think to ourselves..."shake it off"...so, thats what I do...I shake my arms, head and torso and it eases up a bit. Physical activity really helps, getting out and working up a bit of a sweat raises all the good chemicals in the brain.
If you can, get a massage, ask a friend, partner or go to a professional, work out all the knots and tension that anxiety causes. I went to some turkish steam baths and had 3 massages, it really took the tension out of the body.
Try and start making some plans, create a goal and strive for it, focus your attention on that goal. I'm sitting here now typing this and shaking inside, I have sweaty palms but...I will keep moving forward, REMEMBER....it passes, you will recover. I have back problems and suffer pain alot of the time but I wont let that hold me back, and I wont let you guys suffer alone, we can all get through this and see the improvements daily or weekly.
