I haven't posted on here for a while. These past days were okish, i underwent laser treatment to remove my permanent make up, was bleeding a lot. Need like 5 of them to remove it completely. Now can't go out during day time because sun can cause bad pigmentation and have to sit in alone all day long. Very stressful but so far i'm doing great. Sleep has improved, no need for pills anymore. Panic attacks happen like may be twice or three times a day which is a big improvement. I just want to say thank you all for being so supportive. I feel better to know that there are people out there who arejust like me and they care. I'm going through dark times right now but I now that i'm not alone and i will come out of this struggle sooner or later (although the sooner the better!)

I bet that is a relief

I am pleased you are feeling so much better , you are sounding so much more positive at the same time as realizing this will take time but you can & will do it & already changes are happening , well done
