Hi there,

I took a Tirzepatide injection on Jan 13 and it gave me severe side effects. Fear, anxiety, suicidal thoughts as well as so much nausea that I was in ER twice.

Since then I have called 911 wanting to die. I had a crisis intervention team come out. My family has taken me to get treatment and medical help. I am currently under medical care. Seeing a psychiatrist and therapist as well as my primary doctor.

I am taking an extended leave of absence from work. I feel sad. I do really on my faith daily to get me through this.

This is my story and I want to get better each and every day.

Hi,I am not familiar with your drug but had a strange reaction to Prednisone, thankfully while in hospital.

These psychiatric side effects are really hard to deal with and it takes a good team of health professionals to get us back on track.

What I hate most is when someone says that you have a rare reaction and quotes a 1 in 100 000 chance of it happening and you happen to be the 1 person 🤔 .

I'd rather they just get on with treating whatever symptoms I have without the statics. I feel better knowing other people might have the same problem and got better.
