Hi there, depression sucks but after reading these forums, i am beginning to beleive all will be well and all that i am going through will one day be a distant memory.

I realised positive thinking is the only way. I try to keep busy too

That's the way to go.. don't sit and dwell on things, always have something to keep you busy, learn or just to enjoy. Keep moving!

That is the blessing of time. It allows the bad times to fade away and become a distant memory. Thus making room for more good times.
