back at my apartment

I made it back to my apartment. I spent two days with my boyfriend after the cruise. I just got back and I really want to nap, but I’m stressed about packing for my move. I’m now moving out August 20th so I have extra time to pack, but I feel guilty for resting right now.

My plan tonight was to unpack from the cruise. Then I was going to make a list. Choose one thing to do each day to pack/get ready to pack. My one thing today would be unpacking from the cruise .

Glad you have a plan. Plans don't always get followed though, and that's okay. I've learned that if you need rest you need rest.

I understand that. Moving is definitely overwhelming! Take a break, though. You deserve it!☺️

My attitude precisely! More than a month away! Proud of you for doing that cruise, btw. Did you get your Mojito?

hi Daisy,

it sounds like a good plan to make a list and tackle one job at a time. Especially when you get very anxious about having too many things to do. And it’s good that you have an extra month. I’m sure you’ll be OK and everything will work out just fine. For now just take a nap and get some much-needed rest. You really are a superstar for going on the cruise that you were so anxious about. And admit it, you did have a good time!

I think you can do anything you set your mind to.

I always make lists of the things I have to do, as I’ve got older it’s great to know what you have to do, then I tick them off as I go along so I wont forget things .

You now know that you can do anything that you put your mind to, after going on that cruise, anxiety is not going to stop you living your life , but make sure rest is on your list too, so that you won’t be stressed, one day at a time😘
